Your account
You are responsible for activity in your workspaces, for keeping your login secure and for the people you invite. You must be able to enter into a contract to use Mailburger.
Acceptable use
You will only email people who agreed to hear from you and follow our acceptable use policy. We may suspend sending or accounts that put the service or other customers at risk, for example through high complaint or bounce rates.
Your content
You keep ownership of your contacts, templates and other content. You give us the permissions we need to host, process and deliver it on your behalf.
Plans and payment
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Prices may change with notice before your next billing period.
Availability
We work to keep Mailburger available and secure but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time. We may end the agreement if you breach these terms. You can export your data before closing.
Governing law
