Do you count unsubscribed contacts?
No. Only subscribed and pending contacts count towards your plan.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings. The difference is prorated on your next invoice.
What happens when I reach a limit?
Signup forms keep collecting subscribers, so you never lose anyone. Sending pauses until you upgrade or the monthly email allowance resets on the 1st.
Do I need my own sending domain?
Yes. You verify a domain with SPF, DKIM and DMARC records so your emails reach the inbox and look like they come from you.
